Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer purchasing from within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at info@junoperfume.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and clearly state that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.

After notifying us of your decision to withdraw, you must return the product to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you notified us of your withdrawal.

Condition of returned products

Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

You may handle and inspect the product only to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, as you would be able to do in a physical store. If the value of the product has been diminished through handling beyond what is necessary for such inspection, we may be entitled to deduct the corresponding amount from the refund in accordance with applicable law.

For reasons of health protection and hygiene, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed fragrance products that have been unsealed after delivery, where this legal exception applies.

This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to products that are defective, damaged or do not conform to the contract.

Return shipping costs

Unless the product is defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied, the direct cost of returning the product is borne by the customer.

Refunds

If you validly exercise your right of withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered by JUNO.

Additional costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery method are not refundable.

We will process the refund without undue delay and, in accordance with applicable law, no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you provide evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed with you.

Damaged, defective or incorrect products

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your product arrives damaged, defective or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at info@junoperfume.com as soon as possible and provide your order number and, where appropriate, photographs of the product and packaging.

Your statutory consumer rights regarding defective or non-conforming products remain unaffected.
